NFL - US Sports: Brady doesn't deny Dolphins talks
Tom Brady admitted he "had conversations with a lot of people" when quizzed about rumours he could have joined the Miami Dolphins in an ownership role earlier this year - prior to reversing his retirement decision and re-enlisting with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Brady, 9.00 to be the Regular Season MVP, and what he does next has been a constant source of speculation since the end of last season, but it's never been in doubt that opportunities will fall into the seven-time Super Bowl winner's lap.
No denial on talks
The 43-year-old, who is in the final season of his contract with the Bucs, didn't deny he held talks with key people in Miami as he figured out his playing future in February.
"I've had a lot of conversations with a lot of people, as I've had for the past three or four years in my career, about different opportunities when I'm done playing football," Brady said to reporters on Thursday, via CBS Sports.

What we do know is that Brady will remain an omnipresent face of football for many years to come after Fox Sports announced him as its lead NFL analyst whenever he decides to retire with The New York Post reporting that the deal would see him receive $375m across 10 years.
Brady coy on future
He guardedly refuses to give any indication over when that day may come and is also relaxed about former teammate Rob Gronkowski taking time before deciding if he wants to run it back with the Bucs - or somewhere else - for another season.
One significant question for Brady's offense is whether future Hall of Fame tight end Rob Gronkowski will return or head back to retirement. Brady said Thursday he's hopeful to have Gronk back, but if not, they'll figure out how to fill his role.
"I think it's just obviously totally up to him," Brady added.
"We'd all love to play with him, but he's got to make the best decision for himself, and he knows that."
